Nolan Gilbert

Co-Founder/Director of Operations

Nolan grew up in a highly competitive athletic environment in Northern Virginia where he was a three sport athlete for Annandale High School. In high school, Nolan was named a top-25 All-Metropolitan Area (Washington D.C., Northern Virginia, Maryland) Wide Receiver in football. He also received 1st-Team All-District honors in baseball as an outfielder and broke the single season doubles record. Following high school, he went on to play collegiate baseball at the University of Mary Washington (VA) and Montgomery College (MD) and ultimately graduated from George Mason University with a degree in History.

Nolan has 5 years of high school varsity coaching experience and 9 years of private instruction where he worked with pitchers and hitters and has helped send over 20 athletes to play NCAA baseball.


Connor Moore

Co-Founder/Director of Strength & Performance

Originally hailing from Kansas City, KS, Connor participated in multiple sports during high school, including baseball, football, and powerlifting. During his senior football season he achieved All State Honors as a defensive back and earned an invitation to compete in the Kansas-Missouri High School All Star game. In powerlifting, he secured third place at the KSHAA 5A State Powerlifting meet during his junior year, followed by a second-place finish in his senior year.

In college, Connor dedicated himself to coaching high school football, where he specialized in mentoring young athletes in strength training and conditioning programs.


Casey Peck

Softball Program Manager

Casey played for the the Nevada Hotshots, a highly competitive travel ball program that competed in northern Nevada, southern California, northern California, Oregon, and Washington. During her high school career the team appeared in every regional tournament and placed 2nd in the state tournament her senior year. As a senior she was named a 2nd team all conference infielder. Casey continued her career at Sacramento City College. In her freshman year, the team won the Big 8 conference and competed for the State Junior College title in Los Angeles. Her career ended when covid shut down athletics. She moved to Helena to work for the DNRC as a wildland firefighter. Casey is now pursing a degree in Elementary Education and coaches softball at Capital high school. In her first season as an assistant coach the team tied for 1st place in the Western conference and went on to win the program’s 3rd state title.


Kadeshia Clark

Performance Nutrition Specialist

Throughout Kadeshia’s life, she enjoyed being around a competitive environment and pushing herself to be the best on the court and track. Kadeshia excelled in track all four years while attending Powell County High School in Deer Lodge, MT. She was named Powell County’s Female Athlete of the Year and was competitive in every sport she played, including basketball, track, and cross-country. After a short period of running track at Montana State, she found CrossFit in the summer of 2014. Kadeshia has coached CrossFit for the last ten years, competing in several high-level CrossFit competitions and national-level Olympic Weightlifting meets. While enjoying CrossFit, she has found a passion for working with middle school and high school kids with speed and agility to develop themselves for their sport. Nutrition has always been a critical focus for Kadeshia, understanding its crucial role in athletic performance. This understanding has influenced her coaching style and athletic development programs, pushing her to get her Master’s in Nutrition and Human Performance and Applied Nutrition and Dietetics.


Shelby Martin

Softball Pitching Instructor

Shelby grew up in Helena and has always been active in the softball community. Attending Capital High School, she earned 3 1st-team All-State and All-Conference honors along with 2nd-team All-State and All-Conference her freshman year.  She was also being nominated for Montana Softball Gatorade player of the year her junior and senior year. Following high school, she attended Dawson Community College (MT) where she studied Business while also continuing to play softball. While at DCC she was named 1st-Team All American as a Utility player and 3rd-Team All American as a Pitcher. After DCC, her softball career continued at Montana State University Billings where she graduated with a degree in Business Management. 

Shelby has 5 years of coaching youth summer travel softball from ages 10-U to 14-U. She also was the assistant coach for the Carroll College softball team in the 2023-2024 season.
